Horizon Radiology are excited to announce that Medical Practitioners can now send radiology orders electronically via HealthLinks CareSelect Service.

Using this referral pathway is quick, easy and secure. Simply launch HealthLink from your electronic medical record (EMR) system to use HealthLink’s CareSelect eReferral service.

Search for us using our organisation name, or any key word relating to our service. CareSelect makes it easy for you to provide relevant patient information in your referral to us.

The electronic referral (eReferral) form displays only those fields which are relevant to the imaging required, this speeds up imaging selection, ensures that all required details are submitted, and provides the opportunity to attach consultation notes and medication details as appropriate. The eReferral can be "parked" for later submission or sent to Horizon Radiology immediately. A copy of the eReferral is saved in the patient file in your Patient Management System. Instant receipt acknowledgement provides confirmation that the eReferral has been received by us.

Details of the patients imaging requirements will be on record at the referred branch when they arrive.

Patients who require specialist Hi Tech imaging will be contacted by Horizons Bookings Team to schedule an appointment at the most convenient branch.
